Orders may enter fulfilment shortly after being placed, so changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected or otherwise displayed on the website.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to obvious pricing or technical errors.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available through our checkout.

NALYA Sip does not directly store your complete credit or debit card details.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

NALYA Sip works with third-party suppliers, fulfilment providers and delivery carriers.

Orders are generally processed within 2–7 business days.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is generally 4–21 business days, depending on destination, carrier and other circumstances.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather

  • International shipping disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Peak shopping periods

Some orders may be fulfilled from different locations and may therefore arrive in separate packages.

NALYA Sip offers eligible change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of receiving an order, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because some of our products are intended for drinking or feeding, hygiene restrictions may apply to change-of-mind returns once a product has been used, washed, filled with food or liquid, or placed in a child's mouth.

These restrictions do not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
